Booking & Channel Management
- Management and monitoring of all bookings across all utilized booking platforms
- Channel management for the synchronization of availability, bookings, and stay dates
- Maintenance and control of booking calendars
- Coordination of arrivals and departures in alignment with check-in / check-out processes
Guest Communication
- Ongoing communication with guests before, during, and after their stay
- Responding to inquiries, booking questions, and organizational matters
- Coordination of special requests whenever possible
- Assistance with general guest inquiries
Check-in & Check-out Service (Digital)
- Organization and management of the digital check-in and check-out process
- Delivery of check-in information, house rules, and relevant access credentials
- Coordination of arrival and departure times with housekeeping and maintenance
Organization & Management of Linens
- Organization and coordination of linen provision
- Coordination of changing and delivery intervals
- Communication with external service providers (as agreed with the partner)
Maintenance & Repairs
